How the service works

Advisory Process

Step One: Investigation/Feasibility [includes site visit]
Following receipt of the request form, this will  investigate and understand all the issues.  The advisor will contact you and arrange a site inspection. Once the facts are established, a report will be produced identifying any problems and recommendations along with outline costs.

Step Two: Practical Implementation [includes site visit if applicable]
Using the recommendations produced by  Step One, to provide a basis for works to be implemented. This could be the selection and buying of materials, implementation of advice such as health and safety issues or training needs analysis, contractor liaison, the production of a detailed specification including a bill of quantities and, where applicable,  construction and build.

Step Three: Management [Could include multiple site visits]
Includes ongoing support,  evaluating and monitoring the  Practical Implementation; to ensure the works recommended in Step One have been/are being carried out. This includes quality control of materials and sequence of operations.
